Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

Arrivo ("we", "us") helps people from outside the United States find, prepare for, and arrive at jobs with US employers, and helps US employers find those workers. This policy explains what information we collect and what happens to it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

  • What you give us directly: your name, email address, country, work history (including resumes and anything you tell us in plain language), questions you send us, and — if you choose to provide one — a photo. If you ask about cost assistance, we may also record financial constraints you share with us voluntarily.
  • What you give us as an employer: your name, work email, business name and location, roles you need, headcount, and any notes you include in an inquiry.
  • What we create during screening: notes from screening calls, skills assessments, and reference or experience documentation you provide (for example, letters from family businesses or former employers).

What we do with it

  • Assess whether you fit a program, and which one.
  • Prepare your file for the US State Department–designated sponsor organization responsible for your visa category, and for employers you apply to. We share your information only as far as your specific application requires — sponsor, host employer, and, where applicable, immigration authorities. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
  • Communicate with you: replies, process updates, and scheduling.

What we never do

  • We never sell or rent your personal information.
  • We never charge you before you are placed and working, and we do not store payment details for candidates during the application stage.
  • We never fabricate experience or documents. If something you give us cannot be verified, we will tell you and it will not be submitted.

How long we keep it

Application information is kept while your application is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can consider you for future seasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — email us and we will remove it, except records we must keep for legal or visa-audit reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time: what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Every email we send has a reply path straight to a person.

Children

Our programs require participants to be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
