Arrivo started from a simple observation: there are millions of people overseas who are ready and willing to work in the US, and thousands of American employers who can't fill seasonal jobs. The bridge between them — matching, paperwork, and everything that happens after wheels-down — is either expensive, invisible, or run by people who disappear once the fee clears.
So Arrivo is built around the opposite model: we don't get paid unless you land, work, and earn. We're a small company and we say that plainly — what we offer instead is founder-level attention on every applicant and terms where our incentives match yours.
You pay when you earn — or never
Every agency that made this market distrustful wanted money upfront. Our fee is a flat $150 for each month you worked — $0 in any month you didn't. Visa denied? Job falls through? You owe nothing.
Legal structure, named partners
J-1 visas are only issued by US State Department–designated sponsors. We're not one — we work with them, and you'll know exactly who issues your paperwork before you commit to anything.
Wherever the door opens
Resort towns, hotel cities, college towns — we place people where the jobs actually are, and our arrival support goes with you: housing, transport, banking, and a local orientation.
Real screening, real training
We document the experience you already have — including family-business and informal work — and train every applicant remotely before departure and in person after arrival.
What we ask in return
Honesty from you the way we're honest with you: tell us your real experience, your real English level, and your real questions — including the uncomfortable ones. Bring the starting cash we'll help you budget. Do the remote training. Show up for your interviews.
In return: straight answers, a real plan B when things go wrong, and someone who answers when you call from a new country.
